Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Senior Safety Advisor to lead health and safety across its south-eastern U.S. based team. You will champion safety culture, guide regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement of the Safety Management System with data-driven insights.

Ideal candidates have CSP, 7+ years in oil/gas/energy, and strong collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and leaders without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• 7+ years health and safety experience in oil & gas / energy / petrochemical.
• CSP or equivalent certification.
• Ability to build relationships, lead change and drive results.
• Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills.
• Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic health and safety leadership to regional operations.
• Lead implementation and improvement of Safety Management System programs.
• Support regulatory compliance, incident management and risk mitigation.
• Analyze safety indicators, conduct audits and develop improvement plans.
• Serve as SME and liaison on health and safety issues with stakeholders.
• Lead or support regional projects, investigations and emergency response.
