• 3+ years of professional experience in Safety or Industrial Hygiene preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams in a complex environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with team members, customers, and management.
• Experience managing small- to medium-sized projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to learn Agentic AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support construction and tool-installation activities to ensure EHS requirements are met.
• Lead task and process hazard analyses and risk assessments.
• Review building and system designs for safety-by-design alignment.
