Job summary

Mission Support & Test Services, LLC (MSTS) is seeking an Exercise Coordinator (Principal Emergency Response Specialist) to lead emergency exercise activities at the Nevada National Security Site and adjacent facilities. You will develop, execute, and evaluate exercises in alignment with DOE Order 151.1F requirements, coordinating with MSTS, NNSA/NFO management, and off-site agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position or equivalent training and experience (preferred in Business Continuity or Emergency Management).
• Excellent technical writing with proofing/editing skills for studies and reports.
• Strong public speaking ability to address large groups and coordinate with MSTS, NNSA/NFO management, and external agencies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Clear interpersonal communication to work with diverse groups and stakeholders.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be a self-starter.
• Capable of multitasking with interruptions and shifting priorities.
• Comfortable operating in austere environments and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an Exercise Coordinator (Principal Emergency Response Specialist) for nuclear and non-nuclear facilities/activities at NNSS, NLVF, and other locations.
• Support DOE Order 151.1F compliant Emergency Management Program.
• Coordinate preparation, execution, and after-action activities for emergency exercises.
