Job summary

SMX is seeking a motivated SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer to join our Solutions team in the United States. The role focuses on designing, building, and implementing budget planning and reporting solutions for federal government clients, collaborating with functional and technical SMEs to deliver robust SAC capabilities.

You will translate requirements into technical specs, design data models and stories, and implement calculations and data actions using JavaScript within SAC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on SAC Planning development experience.
• 5+ years designing Budgeting & Reporting solutions.
• Proven SAC Data Modeling, Stories, and Analytical Apps expertise.
• Proficiency in JavaScript within SAC.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into detailed technical specification documents.
• Design, build, test, and deploy SAC solutions including data models, stories, and analytical apps.
• Develop complex calculations, data actions, and business logic using JavaScript.
• Configure customer demos and translate requirements into working functionality.
• Participate in testing and defect resolution during implementation.
• Collaborate with solution architect and data integration team on design and data.
