Job summary

Zingtree is seeking a SaaS Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end deployment of intelligent support workflows. You will design and tailor AI-driven conversations, integrate with CRMs and APIs, and guide client projects from kickoff to go-live.

You will work with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and value realization. The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, technical liaison duties, and ongoing enablement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a solutions architect or similar role in enterprise B2B SaaS, preferably in customer support.
• Hands-on experience with automation technologies and integration architectures including APIs and CRM integrations.
• Ability to digest complex business requirements and design integrated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, demo and build tailored AI-driven and conversational workflows for customers.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to configure and integrate Zingtree with CRMs and APIs.
• Lead onboarding sessions to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Serve as technical liaison between client business and IT resources and internal teams.
• Identify risks, manage issues and guide UAT for successful go-lives.
• Participate in platform training and enablement for customers.
• Oversee go-live and transition to Customer Success for ongoing support.
• Coordinate multiple SaaS implementation projects concurrently within timelines.
