Job summary

LeadVenture is seeking a Senior OEM Territory Manager to drive sales of Firestorm Marketing’s digital solutions to large dealership groups and enterprise accounts across dealer verticals.

You will build relationships with decision-makers, conduct presentations, and close new business while coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams. Travel is required; a strong track record in dealership/OEM sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to dealerships or dealer groups within relevant markets (Powersports, RV, Marine, Agriculture, Heavy Equipment, etc.).
• Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, advertising or related dealer solutions preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prioritize large dealership groups and enterprise accounts.
• Prospect into new accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Navigate complex organizations with multiple decision-makers during longer sales cycles.
• Schedule and conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand dealership needs and map Firestorm Marketing solutions accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
• Manage opportunities and activity in CRM with an organized sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal and other teams to craft customer solutions.
• Represent Firestorm Marketing at industry trade shows and events; travel 2–4 times per year in the US/Canada.
• Travel throughout the U.S. and Canada approximately 2-4 times per year
