Job summary

The Arizona Governor's Office seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to oversee the statewide SaaS grants platform within the Grants & Federal Resources Team. You will manage platform configuration, release validation, data synchronization and cross-agency coordination to maintain a secure, audit-ready enterprise environment.

Collaborating with the platform vendor, state IT and finance teams, and agency leaders, you will drive compliance, integration, and reporting across grants lifecycle and ERP

Qualifications

Experience administering SaaS platforms or enterprise cloud environments.
Experience with security, auditing, and data governance in public-sector contexts.
Ability to manage vendor relationships and track SLAs.

Responsibilities

Security & Audit Readiness: ensure configurations comply with statewide IT policies and accessibility standards.
Vendor Management: liaison to SaaS vendor, manage tickets, SLA, roadmap.
Troubleshooting: monitor interfaces, API queues, data discrepancies; coordinate with integrators.
Access Management: administer hierarchies, permissions, least-privilege.
