Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Senior Project Manager – SaaS Customer Implementations to lead large-scale, customer-facing SaaS deployments from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate multi-workstream projects, manage budgets, risks, and vendor relations, and partner with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.

The role requires 5+ years in project management with SaaS implementations, PMP certification, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or Healthcare.
5+ years of project management experience, including SaaS customer-facing implementations.
PMP Certification.
Experience managing enterprise-scale projects with multiple workstreams.
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and resource-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementation projects, including scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, training, and go-live.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, resource assignments, risk registers, communication plans, and financial forecasts.
Oversee multiple enterprise projects simultaneously, ensuring coordination across teams.
Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements and quality standards.
Serve as primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Facilitate customer workshops, requirements sessions, and executive updates.
Identify, track, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams; manage change requests.
Maintain RAID logs, decision tracking, and governance reporting.
Collaborate with Product, Technical Services, Consulting, Support, and Training on design, integration, and testing readiness.
Own project financials including budgeting, forecasting, burn rate analysis, and revenue/margin protection.
Support Sales during pre-sales with scoping and deployment approaches.
Guide junior PMs and coordinators; contribute to standardized methods.
Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous delivery improvements.
Promote delivery excellence and customer value realization.
Approximately 25% travel to customer sites and offices in the United States.
