Job summary

Sweed is seeking an experienced implementer to lead dispensary deployments end‑to‑end, from kickoff through go‑live. You’ll own the customer relationship and drive on‑time, fully configured launches across diverse client profiles.

You’ll manage multiple implementations, build detailed plans, mitigate risks, and escalate as needed. Expect on‑site travel (~3–4 trips/month) with evolving remote delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, professional services, or a similar client-facing delivery role.
• Direct ownership of end-to-end implementations — not just a supporting role
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Strong project and time management across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Ability to travel 3–4 times per month for onsite work

Responsibilities

• Own the full launch lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, with no hand-offs mid-stream.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations with strong prioritization and clean tracking.
• Build and execute implementation plans, milestones, and checklists, improving them over time.
• Anticipate risks early, elevate with context, and mitigate before go-live.
• Deliver go-lives with complete and accurate configurations.
• Lead client relationships with executives, operations leads, and frontline teams.
