Job summary

beqom, a high-growth B2B SaaS company, seeks a Senior Contracts Manager in the US to own the end-to-end commercial contracting process for enterprise clients across multiple territories. You will be the primary legal and commercial contact for complex SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and licensing, working closely with Sales, Finance, and leadership to close deals with speed and precision.

This hands-on role builds templates, playbooks, and processes that scale while remaining deeply involved

Qualifications

• Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex B2B SaaS contracts.
• Strong understanding of MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, licensing, and related docs.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdiction US contracts across territories.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end drafting and negotiation of SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and related contracts.
• Provide real-time deal support and strategic legal guidance during the sales cycle.
• Manage enterprise accounts across multiple US territories and track contract lifecycles.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and governance.
• Support CLM platform implementation and integration with CRM/e-signature tools.
• Deliver training on contract processes to Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Product on non-standard terms and data security obligations.
• Contribute to scaling the contracts function as the company grows.
