Job summary

beqom is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to own end-to-end commercial contracting for enterprise clients across EMEA. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex SaaS agreements while aligning with Sales, Finance, and leadership to close deals efficiently.

You will build templates, governance processes, and CLM enhancements to scale the function and help beqom maintain compliance, speed, and commercial clarity across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate complex enterprise SaaS contracts.
• Manage multi-jurisdictional EMEA contracts across markets.
• Build templates, playbooks, and governance for scale.
• Experience with CLM platforms and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate SaaS, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, and licensing agreements.
• Provide real-time deal support to Sales and Finance and strategic legal guidance.
• Manage enterprise accounts across territories and ensure lifecycle tracking.
• Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and guidance materials.
• Support CLM implementation, CRM integration, and post-execution compliance.
• Deliver training to Sales and cross-functional teams on contract processes.
