Peloton is seeking a hands-on technical leader to evaluate, architect, and build SaaS solutions, balancing internal capabilities with third-party platforms. You will be the primary technical decision-maker for build vs buy, shaping the tech stack and influencing substantial annual technology spend.

Your role blends strategic vendor evaluation, hands-on development, and architectural leadership in a high-growth environment at our New York HQ.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in at least one language: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Strong full-stack capabilities and cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluation of SaaS vendors against business requirements.
• Conduct PoC implementations with vendor platforms.
• Build TCO models for build vs buy decisions.
• Write production-quality code across the stack.
• Mentor engineers on integration patterns and best practices.
