You will drive the technical roadmap, build scalable microservices, and deliver high-conversion front-end experiences in collaboration with Product, Design, Marketing, and International teams. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in software development across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Kotlin, and PostgreSQL, with 3+ years shipping scalable systems using Kubernetes,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience in front-end and back-end technologies.
• 3+ years designing and scaling reliable, modern systems with deployment tools.
• Strong grounding in Agile, Lean, DevOps, and SRE principles with emphasis on quality and learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable microservices and modern front-end experiences.
• Set the bar for code quality, testability, and performance, guiding architecture and cross-team alignment.
• Lead pair programming, whiteboard sessions, and code reviews fostering learning culture.
