Rheem Manufacturing Company seeks a Supervisor, Sales & Operations to lead the S&OP process for Rheem Air across multiple plants and regions. You will analyze data, drive process improvements, and align stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, and Operations to deliver integrated plans.

The role supports North America and can be located in Fort Smith, AR, Lewisville, TX, or Indianapolis, IN.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in planning systems or supply chain planning.
• Experience in a multi-plant manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to establish an Operating Plan for product transitions.
• Monitor and adjust the operating plan to maximize KPI attainment and customer service levels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain to reflect plans in S&OP.
• Drive data-driven improvements across plants 124, 152, and 911.
