Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Manager — IXD S&OP Execution for the NACF network. This high-visibility role expects you to define and implement centralized labor planning and an innovative execution attribution framework that scales with a growing network.

You will partner with fulfillment centers, regional leadership, and central teams to translate plans into action, drive improvements with data, and deliver decisive results for senior managers and directors.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Work with FC and Manage Regional leadership processes.
Build the foundation and implement an innovative model for centralized labor planning across NACF.
Deliver action plans for senior managers and directors, while being a trusted partner to network leaders.
Leverage central teams to drive process and operations execution improvements.
Use data and bias for action to work through ambiguity and deliver results.
