Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned program or project leader to shape Week 0 execution for NACF. You will partner with FC leadership to design centralized labor planning and deliver strategic action plans for senior managers across a growing network.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action to close execution gaps. Learn and impact a global customer fulfillment operation in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.

The S&OP Execution Team needs leaders like you to deliver the future of Week 0 execution for our North America Customer Fulfillment IXD Network (NACF). About The Team

About the team:
The S&OP Execution team owns the first mile of W0 Execution— where the plan meets reality. We sit within NACF IXD+ under S&OP and are responsible for ensuring that what was planned actually gets executed, and when it doesn't, we know why within hours — not days. We operate with a bias for action, a low tolerance for hand-waving, and a belief that execution excellence is a competitive advantage.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
