Job summary

Allegion is seeking a seasoned SIOP Leader for our Access Technologies team in Carmel, IN. You will architect and lead the monthly SIOP, demand planning, and forecast consensus processes across manufacturing and field networks.

You will partner with Product Managers, GMs, and Finance to reconcile forecast changes with financial forecasts, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement in the SIOP process. Some domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’sDegree in a quantitative field or related area.
• 5+ years in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain planning, or demand planning.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly SIOP/ demand planning cycle for the AAT platform. Drive forecast consensus and escalations.
• Analyze demand patterns using internal and external data and align with manufacturing.
• Partner with Product Managers and GMs to align forecasts with product lifecycle changes.
• Facilitate monthly demand meetings and manage follow-ups and action items.
