Job summary

Festival Animal Clinic in Centennial, CO, is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate will fully utilize their education and expertise while delivering exceptional patient care and building strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes anesthesia, soft-tissue surgery support, dental care, diagnostics, and outpatient wellness. We offer growth in a supportive hospital setting with a 4/10 schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Active and good-standing RVT in Colorado.
• 5+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Proficiency in client communication, anesthesia, dental care, radiography, and charting.
• Ability to handle emergencies and assist during soft-tissue procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during soft-tissue surgical procedures and dentals, including anesthesia induction, monitoring, recovery, and emergency medications.
• Perform dental prophylaxis, polishing, full-mouth radiographs, and dental charting.
• Assist veterinarians during outpatient visits, wellness appointments, and technician appointments to maintain workflow.
• Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and address client questions with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
