Blue Compass RV Kansas City is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on both motorized and towable RVs. You will also mentor and guide entry-level technicians, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience or technical background.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of RV systems.

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on RVs.
• Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and maintain records.
