Job summary

Blue Compass RV is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose and repair complex RV systems and to lead by example in a fast-paced shop environment.

You will work on motorized and towable RVs, perform advanced troubleshooting, mentor junior technicians, and conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections while keeping precise service records. The role offers 5‑day weeks and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on RV service experience or related technical background.
• RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred (or willing to obtain).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on motorized and towable RVs.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and schematics.
• Lead by example in maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Mentor entry-level and skilled technicians with on-the-job training.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections and ensure systems are fully operational.
• Collaborate with service advisor and parts department for timely repairs.
• Stay current with RVIA, manufacturer certifications and training.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and time allocated.
