Qualifications

• Proven dealership experience or extensive service technician background in automotive or RV repair environments.
• Hands-on diagnostics and repair of RV systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and engine components.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to customers and maintain detailed service records.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose RV systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, transmissions, suspension, brakes, and engine components using diagnostic tools.
• Perform repairs and maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and brake work with precision.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering devices to complete repairs safely.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and automotive electrical components to identify issues accurately.
• Repair or replace major mechanical parts including diesel engines, transmissions, axles, and HVAC systems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all repair procedures and communicate findings to customers.
