Qualifications

• Experience in RV or automotive repair, preferably in a dealership or service environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on diagnostics and repair experience.
• Proficiency in diagnosing electrical systems and wiring in automotive/RV context.
• Comfort with using hand/power tools, welding, and soldering for repairs.
• Experience with diesel engines and heavy‑duty components is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, brakes, engine components).
• Conduct repairs and maintenance (oil changes, tire service, alignments, brake work).
• Utilize tools and welding equipment; perform complex repairs safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and relate findings to customers clearly.
• Repair or replace major mechanical parts including diesel engines and transmissions.
• Document repair procedures and communicate vehicle condition and recommended services to customers.
