Qualifications

• Proven dealership or extensive RV repair experience.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience with electrical wiring and troubleshooting in automotive/RV contexts.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, engine) using diagnostic tools.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and brake work.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and vehicle components to identify issues accurately.
• Repair or replace major mechanical parts including diesel engines, transmissions, axles.
• Document repairs and communicate findings and recommendations to customers.
