Four Seasons RV – Andover, Kansas is seeking an experienced RV Delivery Specialist to lead customer orientations, oversee final delivery checks, and ensure a positive, memorable handover experience. The role emphasizes clear explanations of RV systems, safety, and proper operation, with a strong customer-service focus throughout delivery day.

Ideal candidates will have RV delivery or service knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a dependable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of common RV systems and components.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to explain technical subjects in simple terms.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1.5-hour customer delivery orientations for new and used RVs.
• Perform final delivery quality checks before customer arrival.
• Create outstanding customer experiences during delivery day.
• Complete required delivery documentation and customer sign-offs.
• Communicate issues to Service/Parts/Sales as needed.
