Job summary

Carv is seeking a product-minded, inquisitive and inventive Senior Rust Engineer to drive the core of our coaching across Android and iOS, and expand and maintain our backend infrastructure. You will contribute to the Rust codebase from architecture to implementation, working closely with designers, product managers and skiers to build category-defining coaching experiences.

Qualifications

• Some experience with Rust/go/C/C++ or similar languages. It's okay to not have used Rust before, as long as you are excited to learn it!
• Relentless bias for action

Responsibilities

• Contribute to our Rust codebase from architecture to implementation
• Work closely with designers, product managers and skiers to build category defining coaching experiences
• Implement real-time coaching features powered by AI and sensor data, and test these on the ski slope
• Stay on top of industry trends and Rust advancements and adopt the latest best practices
