Job summary

Amazon in Seattle, WA is seeking a senior software engineer to help build revolutionary transactional database technology on the Aurora DSQL team. You will design and develop across distributed systems, with Rust and CDK, mentoring others and shaping system architectures for scale and performance.

You will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on delivering high-quality, highly available services to AWS customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities
