Global Dimensions is seeking a Russian Operational Language Analyst (OLA III) to support mission-critical intelligence operations at Fort Meade, MD. Qualifications

• ILR Level 3 proficiency in Russian (Audio or Graphic).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of qualifying full-time experience; or 14 years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cryptologic language processing of Russian audio and graphic materials.
• Translate, transcribe, and gist foreign language communications for intelligence operations.
• Identify, exploit, and report EEIs and other operationally valuable intelligence.
• Produce accurate, timely intelligence products per Government standards.
• Draft, review, and edit intelligence reports from foreign language sources.
• Mentor and train junior Operational Language Analysts in language exploitation and QA.
• Support target development, network analysis, and language identification efforts.
• Develop working aids, glossaries, databases, and reference materials.
• Collaborate with analysts and partners to support intelligence production and planning.
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and classification guidance.
