• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in textile/manufacturing
• Managerial experience in rug fabrication or textile manufacturing
• Knowledge of rug fabrication processes, materials, and equipment
• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficient in project and budget management

Responsibilities

• Oversee rug fabrication activities including cutting, stitching, binding, and finishing
• Develop schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines
• Lead and mentor the rug fabrication team
• Set performance expectations and evaluate staff
• Ensure rugs meet quality standards and collaborate with QC
• Coordinate with procurement for material availability and manage inventory
• Communicate goals and progress to stakeholders
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion within scope and budget
