Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and Ruby.
• Strong experience in full-stack software development.
• Expertise in API design and integration (REST, RPC, JSON, ProtoBuf, XML).
• Strong database design and query experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL.
• Experience with application testing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of integrating GenAI into software development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement large-scale full-stack web applications.
• Build and maintain front-end GUI and backend components.
• Troubleshoot application performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.
• Design scalable APIs and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation and application development standards.
