Qualifications

6+ years in a senior software engineering role.
6+ years with Ruby on Rails framework and Ruby as a core language.
6+ years of API design and interface technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML).
Knowledge of integrating GenAI into development workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, and implement large-scale web applications and components across the full stack (front-end GUI and backend).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues around performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations.
Collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources, and external vendors; maintain applications and ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency.
Create and maintain documentation for the applications you build.
