Job summary

IQUASAR LLC is seeking a Senior Solution Architect & Product Manager based in Sterling, VA/Remote. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Product Management or Solution Architecture, with a strong focus on Real Time Location Systems (RTLS). Key responsibilities include leading technical architecture, supporting proposal development, and owning the RTLS product roadmap. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Solution Architecture, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RTLS solutions.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead RTLS solution architecture for opportunities across VA environments.
• Support proposal development and ensure solutions align with VA standards.
• Own the RTLS product roadmap while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as Product Owner in Agile delivery, managing backlog and priorities.
• Support governance processes and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Provide technical leadership and support for active delivery efforts.
