Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires B.S./M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline or equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others
• Strong writing, documentation and speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Invent, analyze and design complex analog and digital circuits to meet specifications.
• Lead hardware design reviews to demonstrate product and circuit robustness.
• Lead development of hardware and system level specifications of moderate complexity.
• Write and review test plans, execute or supervise testing, evaluate results for peer reviews and notebooks.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project or program plans and labor estimates.
• Lead multiple projects or programs of moderate complexity and participate in executive project processes.
• Mentor and coach other engineers.
