Spleo Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Loan Originator to drive loan production in the Providence market. This role emphasizes sourcing, structuring, and closing investment real estate loans with an existing network of relationships.

The successful candidate will thrive in a performance-driven environment, manage their own pipeline, and contribute to Spreo Capital's growth by expanding RTL and DSCR loan opportunities with experienced borrowers.

Qualifications

• Experience originating residential RTL loans.
• Proven monthly/annual origination production target achieved.
• Independently source and close deals without relying on inbound leads.
• Established Providence-area investor, developer, or broker network.
• Strong loan structuring, valuation, and deal screening skills.
• Solid finance foundation with cash flow analysis and DSCR knowledge.
• Track record of managing pipeline and consistent production.
• Excellent client communication with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-starter capable of thriving in a remote, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate deal flow and manage loan transactions with a focus on screening & loan structuring.
• Source and develop relationships with real estate investors, developers, and brokers within the Greater Providence market.
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of RTL and DSCR loan opportunities.
• Structure financing solutions and present terms per credit guidelines.
• Analyze borrower profile, property value, and deal feasibility.
• Guide clients from inquiry to closing across the full loan lifecycle.
• Issue LOIs and manage borrower communication throughout the process.
• Partner with underwriting and credit teams to move deals toward closing.
• Maintain and expand referral partnerships to support deal flow.
• Provide market feedback on borrower needs and competitive dynamics.
• Represent Spreo Capital as a trusted advisor, not just a transaction facilitator.
