Job summary

First Citizens is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in RTCDP and Adobe Experience Platform to translate business needs into intuitive experiences. This remote role, hired in NC, will architect RTCDP integrations and guide data governance while mentoring teams across the Adobe ecosystem including Analytics, Target, AJO, CJA and Workfront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in software development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.
• Strong RTCDP / AEP knowledge and Experience in Adobe ecosystem.
• Experience designing identity resolution, data modeling and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement RTCDP solutions leveraging AEP.
• Design identity resolution and customer profiles.
• Engineer data flows using streaming and batch processing.
• Implement complex cross‑company segmentation and data governance.
• Develop seamless integrations between RTCDP and Adobe Analytics, Target, AJO, CJA and Workfront.
• Mentor engineers and content authors, promoting best practices.
