Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems Sector is seeking a Principal Engineer (RQ-4 TRMC CAM/Lead) to join our Product Support team in Rancho Bernardo, CA. You will oversee lifecycle development and logistics products, coordinating with multiple teams and ensuring performance against cost and schedule.

You should have a STEM degree with 5+ years experience, strong EVM skills, and the ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Master's degree.
• Demonstrated EVM skills including development, analysis, and control of program budgets and ETC/EAC analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external teammates/suppliers to ensure program performance, cost/schedule and quality objectives.
• Coordinate with Customer Program Offices, Program Leaders, and Product Support Functions to meet SOW requirements within budget, schedule, and quality constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers in high-tempo environments to deliver lifecycle development and logistics products.
