Job summary
Northrop Grumman seeks a Staff Engineer to lead the Product Support IPT for the USAF RQ-4 program in Rancho Bernardo, CA. The role focuses on integrating logistics and sustainment into system design and achieving availability and affordability goals.
You will coordinate engineering, logistics, and program management teams, driving lifecycle support solutions and ensuring performance against SOW, budget and schedule. A SECRET clearance is required at hire.
Qualifications
- Active US Government SECRET clearance
- 12+ years with Bachelors, 10+ with Masters, 8+ with PhD focusing on program management and product support
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedule, and budget
Responsibilities
- Lead the Product Support IPT with aligned priorities and execution plans
- Develop and maintain product support strategy, roadmap and plans
- Coordinate with multiple IPTs to ensure integrated requirements and balanced objectives
- Prepare and deliver briefings and status updates to leadership and customers
