Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regulatory Program Management – Immunology, located across multiple sites in the U.S. including Spring House, Horsham, Titusville, Raritan, and Cambridge.

The role drives regulatory execution, strategy translation, and cross-functional leadership within JJIM. Qualified candidates bring 4+ years in regulatory/PM within pharma or medtech, with strong project management and communication skills, plus travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of industry/business experience with at least 2 years in Pharmaceutical, MedTech or comparable R&D.
• Project management experience leading cross-functional teams with strong planning and visualization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key RPM department facilitator with visibility to book of work and quality monitoring.
• Lead change management and system rollout across RPM teams.
• Coordinate health authority submissions and global filing strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Translate regulatory strategy into executable plans and mitigate risks.
• Drive process improvements and embed best practices across programs.
