Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced degree is preferred.
• 4+ years in industry/business with at least 2 years in Pharma/MedTech or related R&D; PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate RPM department visibility to book of work and quality.
• Lead change management for new processes and system rollout across RPM.
• Coordinate with GRT on health authority meetings and submissions.
• Translate strategy into executable, detailed plans with risk mitigation.
• Provide operational leadership and foster innovation in regulatory programs.
• Support GRT meetings and maintain strategy communications across teams.
