Job summary

Audubon Companies is seeking a Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS/PLS) to join our Texas team. The ideal candidate holds PLS/RPLS status and can manage multiple survey projects while directing personnel.

This role involves reviewing field measurements, guiding field surveys, and preparing survey documents with accuracy. Travel to client sites may be required to support project delivery and quality control.

Qualifications

• A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RPLS) status in one or more states: AR, MO, ND, KS, OK, and/or TX.
• 5+ years of relevant experience performing boundary, topographic, pipeline and control surveys.
• 2+ years' experience as a Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Trimble survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan, schedule and perform multiple survey projects and supervise personnel.
• Review and approve field measurements and direct preparation of survey documents.
• Direct field surveys as required by scheduling or for supervisory and quality control purposes.
