Qualifications

• Solid experience with subdivision plats, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
• Strong understanding of Texas land laws, title standards, and plat requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage land development survey projects from start to finish.
• Review, seal, and certify survey documents in accordance with Texas statutes.
• Perform QA/QC on all survey data and final deliverables.
