Job summary

Saamsha Technologies in the United States is seeking an experienced RPG Developer to join our team. You will work on AS/400 (iSeries) projects, leveraging RPG III, RPG IV, RPGILE and CL/400, with DB2 and SQL for data management and integration.

The role requires strong learning aptitude, excellent communication, and teamwork. Optional exposure to RDi, Arcad, Rest API, MKS Implementer, MQ Series is a plus. A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on RPG development is expected.

Qualifications

• Should have very good knowledge in AS400 (iSeries), concepts and programming.
• Must have experience in RPG III, RPG IV, RPGILE, CL/400, DB2 and SQL.
• Strong aptitude to learn and apply new technologies.
• RDi, Arcad, Rest API, MKS Implementer, MQ Series (Optional).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player.

Responsibilities

• Duties include developing and maintaining RPG-based applications on the AS/400 platform.
• Collaborate with team members to design, code, test, and deploy enhancements.
• Learn and apply new technologies to improve systems and processes.
