Job summary

TRC is seeking a ROW/Land – Project Manager for a long‑term project in Colorado. The Right of Way Land Manager will lead field operations, manage budgets, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across the country.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field, with 7–10 years of experience and 3–5 years in senior management. PMP is preferred; willing to travel up to 75% and adapt to flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, management, or related field.
• 7–10 years related experience, with 3–5 years in senior management.
• Experience writing and responding to proposal requests, including budgeting.
• Experience in linear project management (pipeline, electric transmission line).
• Strong leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and manage budgets for a nationwide portfolio of land projects.
• Develop project plans, estimates, and execution strategies aligned with TRC values.
• Mentor project teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Oversee regulatory planning, title, acquisition, eminent domain, and project closeout.
