Job summary

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in Chelsea is seeking a Senior Rotational Pharmacy Assistant to support the inpatient dispensary and medical day unit on site. You will dispense, order and distribute stock medicines and assist with other duties as required, under supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Responsibilities include accurate dispensing, handling controlled drugs, ward requisitions, dispensing to Day Units and ensuring safe, timely service to patients.

Qualifications

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Assist with inpatient dispensary and Day Unit duties.
• Interpret prescriptions and ward requisitions.
• Maintain accurate records and stock control.
