Job summary

Monroe Energy in Trainer, PA is seeking a Machine Shop and Rotating Equipment Supervisor to lead repair work on pumps, turbines, motors and related equipment. You will oversee skilled crafts and contractors, ensuring safe, cost-effective execution and alignment with planned maintenance.

Experience supervising rotating equipment repairs in high-risk environments, and strong knowledge of CMMS and MS Office tools are required to drive reliability improvements and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; extensive supervisory repair experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; CMMS usage required.
• Experience supervising rotating equipment repair in refining environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead rotating equipment repair work in both on-site machine shop and refinery units.
• Supervise union and non-union mechanics, contractors, and tool room activities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning and Reliability Engineering to execute repair plans.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety, engineering, and regulatory standards.
