Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Rotary Wing Electronic Tech IV to support highly sensitive USAF operations and safe air transportation for senior leaders and dignitaries. The role involves analyzing complex electrical systems, troubleshooting circuits, and directing maintenance tasks on aircraft and COMSEC equipment.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of avionics, circuit analysis, test equipment, and be eligible for security clearances.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; advanced electronic aircraft knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical data and schematics.
• Must pass eye exam and hearing test; able to obtain security clearances (Secret/Top Secret).

Responsibilities

• Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve complex electrical problems.
• Uses test equipment including TDRs and oscilloscopes for diagnostics.
• Provides technical direction to assigned personnel and oversees aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Monitors aircraft status and coordinates workloads with Maintenance Supervisor.
