Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electronic Technician II (Maintenance) to support sensitive HQ USAF operations and safe air transport for high-profile personnel. You will perform intermediate maintenance on electrical and environmental systems on Boeing and Gulf Stream aircraft, and handle LOX/GOX carts, ground service equipment, and batteries.

You will train and guide assigned personnel, coordinate with supervisors, and document maintenance data while adhering to safety and FOD programs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of electrical and environmental system repair procedures.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; read wiring diagrams.
• FAA Airframe license required; ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.
• Willing to work day, evening, night shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform organization and intermediate level maintenance on electrical and environmental systems on aircraft.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance on LOX/GOX carts, ground service units, and related equipment.
• Service aircraft batteries and coordinate with maintenance leads on battery storage.
• Input data into Maintenance Information System and ensure safety and FOD compliance.
• Assist in training personnel and respond to TDY or travel assignments as needed.
• Read and interpret data and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot issues.
