Doppelmayr USA, Inc. seeks a driven Senior Superintendent to oversee multiple ropeway construction projects in varied environments from ski areas to urban settings. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while coordinating with internal and external teams.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive on-site experience, and the ability to travel nationwide up to 40%. Engineering or Construction Management degree is preferred.

Formación

• Requires minimum 4 years of ski lift building or industrial construction experience.
• Must have regular on-site involvement coordinating trades and supervising crews.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple ropeway construction projects across diverse environments.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with logistics, subcontractors, and customers to maintain progress and quality.
• Lead site meetings and provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage direct reports and train team members in industry best practices.
