Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking a Commercial Roofing Safety Coordinator to own and lead safety operations across multiple active job sites in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on OSHA compliance, training program development, audits, and incident prevention, partnering with field leadership to foster a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have 2–8+ years in roofing safety, OSHA expertise, and CHST/CSP certification preferred, with willingness to travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–8+ years in construction or commercial roofing safety management.
• Strong OSHA knowledge and compliance experience.
• Experience developing safety training programs.
• Experience conducting jobsite audits and incident prevention.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Own and enforce OSHA compliance across all active commercial job sites.
• Develop, implement, and manage company-wide safety training programs.
• Conduct regular jobsite audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident prevention initiatives and manage incident investigations and reporting.
• Collaborate with field leadership to reinforce safety culture.
• Oversee safety compliance across multiple projects and locations.
• Maintain and update safety policies and documentation.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies.
