Job summary

You will coach foremen, schedule work, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle. A strong leadership presence and OSHA compliance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading foremen and crews on commercial roofing projects.
• OSHA 30-hour card and valid driver's license.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field staff and visit job sites daily to ensure safety and quality.
• Coach and develop foremen, conducting performance reviews and recommending advancement.
• Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractor coordination across active jobs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers throughout the project.
