Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar supervisory role in roofing or construction.
• Expertise in TPO, metal, and PVC roofing systems installation.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily roofing operations, including TPO, metal, and PVC roofing installations, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain project schedules and resolve on-site challenges.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and progress against milestones.
• Manage labor resources, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, track project costs, and assist in developing schedules and budgets.
